Personal Assistant

The client is a sociable and pleasant 45-year-old woman who appreciates an eventful daily life.

Now the client is seeking two new assistants on a schedule.

Due to her diagnosis, the client is very brittle-boned, and as an assistant, you will be there to provide support in daily life where she is physically limited.

Among other things, you will assist with cooking, household chores, and personal care.

Relocations occur, so it is important that you as an assistant have good physical fitness.

The client also has a child at home, so it is important that you as an assistant are respectful and protect privacy, as well as be attentive to when to step forward and help and when to stay in the background.

Working hours and employment percentage:

We are seeking two assistants at 50% and 75%.

Work shifts can be both weekdays and weekends, with varying working hours during daytime and evenings.

We apply the employment form "for as long as the assignment lasts" and hourly employment. Hourly wage and other compensation according to our collective agreement Fremia.

Järstorps Omsorg operates LSS activities in personal assistance, group homes, and soon also daily activities. We currently have about 50 colleagues, and our headquarters are located in Taberg outside Jönköping, but we operate throughout Götaland and Svealand.
