Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Construction technical education at high school, vocational college, or university level
• Experience from the construction industry is advantageous
• Knowledge of building codes, BBR, AMA, and relevant laws
• Experience working with drawing interpretation and digital tools

Competencies:

• Good understanding of all stages of the construction process
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and follow up on construction technical work
• Knowledge in building materials, construction technology, and sustainable construction
• Understanding of work environment and safety issues

Other Requirements

• Class B driver's license
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
