Electrician Training Teacher

Your Challenge

We are now seeking a teacher/trainer including internship coordinator in electrical installation for our adult vocational activities in Kristianstad.

As a teacher/trainer, you are expected to plan and conduct both theoretical and practical elements together with other teachers/trainers. If you also have good business contacts within the electrical industry in northeastern Skåne, it is viewed positively. Part of your work involves follow-up with the internship site and the intern.

Your Profile

Teacher/trainer or extensive professional experience in electrical installations with experience in:

· You preferably have experience with similar tasks.

· You are flexible and enjoy handling your work tasks independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, relevant units, and organizations.

· You have a natural sense of service.

· You are meticulous, structured, efficient, stress-resistant, and enjoy working in a changing environment.

· You express yourself easily in speech and writing.

· You are proficient with computers.

· Previous work with internship seekers is meritorious.

· We prefer that you have a broad network of contacts in Northeastern Skåne.

We are looking for a colleague who is flexible, adept at handling systems, and driven by contact with other people. Unimpeded Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement; multilingualism is meritorious.

The Employment

Type of Employment:

The position is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period, alternatively part-time or hourly employment.

Scope: full-time, alternatively part-time 25-50%

We apply the collective agreement between Almega Educational Companies/Service Associations and the trade unions Unionen and SI.
