Swimming Coach: Youth - Junior - Senior

Are you a swimming coach with experience in competitive swimming at a relatively high level? At national junior and senior championships?

Kungälv Swimming Club (KSS) is Kungälv's largest sports association with over 1000 participants annually, including about 135 competitive swimmers currently (and it continues to grow).

KSS is now looking for you who can be part of developing our swimming club and take us from a stable youth club (which regularly delivers USM medals) to also become a junior and senior club with high ambitions, i.e., help take KSS to the next level!

The job primarily involves an operational coaching role at the poolside with a focus on our swimmers' development in training and competition. Therefore, you need to have solid swimming technique knowledge as well as an understanding of training and competition setups.

KSS already has several hourly and permanent swimming coaches today, so you need to fit well into this team and also be able to take on greater responsibility, help lead the club and team towards improvement. This position is permanent at approximately 50% part-time.
