We are looking for a baker with broad skills who feels confident in the entire craft – from living sourdoughs to laminated doughs and classic cookie doughs. With us, everything is baked from scratch, every day, with great respect for the raw materials and a sustainable mindset in all we do.
About the Position
You will become an important part of our bakery where variety is high. One moment you work with sourdough bread, the next with croissants, wheat doughs, or small cookies. We are looking for you who can switch between different types of doughs and have an understanding of how they behave throughout the entire process.
About Us
We are a small craft bakery, pastry shop, and café in Sundsvall with a strong focus on quality, raw materials, and job satisfaction. Here we work closely together, help each other across boundaries, and have fun at work – even when the pace is high.
We primarily work with Swedish and preferably Norrland raw materials and want to be a positive force in our city.
Job Duties
- Baking of sourdough bread
- Production of laminated doughs (croissants, Danish pastries)
- Making of buns, cakes, and small cookies
- Working with various doughs throughout the entire process
- Planning and preparations in production
- Contributing with ideas and development of the assortment
Qualifications
- Educated baker or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience with sourdough, laminated doughs, and cookie doughs
- Good understanding of dough properties and fermentation
- Independent, meticulous, and responsible
- A team player who enjoys working in a small team

Additional Information
The position is full-time with start according to agreement.
