About the Role

This is not an ordinary seasonal job. Here, you will meet an international and quality-conscious clientele in a sophisticated beach club where service, aesthetics, and experience are absolutely in focus.

You will be part of a handpicked team where professionalism, presence, and a sense of hospitality are crucial.

Location: Puglia, Italy

Scope: Full-time, seasonal (minimum 4 months, preferably 5)

Start: End of April / beginning of May

Qualifications

• Experience from fine dining or the premium segment
• Strong sense of service, details, and guest experience
• Professional, representative, and confident in your role
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure without compromising quality
• Fluent English (Italian is meritorious)
• Available to work for at least 4 months

Job Duties

• Deliver service at the highest level in an exclusive beach club environment
• Guide guests through menu and beverage choices with confidence and finesse
• Ensure that every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience
• Work seamlessly with the team to maintain the highest standards
• Contribute to the overall experience – from first impression to last detail
