Hourly Leader in Home Care

We are looking for you who want to work as an hourly leader in our home care, where the role is divided into 50% coordination/administration and 50% work out in the field. With us, you will have a varied position where you both lead and work closely with our users.50% administration and coordination:

Plan and allocate the daily work

Ensure staffing and handle absences

Maintain ongoing contact with staff, users, and relatives

Introduce and support new employees

Documentation and follow-up according to routines

Contribute to quality and development in the operations

50% work out in the field:

Perform care and service tasks for users

Work person-centered and create security in daily life

Build good relationships with users and colleagues

Observe and report changes in users' needs
