Now we at Home Care are looking for assistant nurses & care assistants for our team in Jönköping. We are looking for you who are an assistant nurse or have experience in nursing work.

Great emphasis is placed on approach, communication, key contact responsibility and documentation in our medical record systems. You should have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

A driver's license is a requirement for the position.

We are looking for staff on part-time and substitute hours and summer workers. We are careful in selecting our employees as we are looking for long-term staff and not something temporary. If you feel this would be a job for you, do not hesitate to send your application to us.

Main job duties:

• Meet the users' individual needs for care, nursing and service
• Perform delegated tasks such as medication administration.
• Social support
• Accompaniment - Accompanying the care recipient to and from doctor's appointments.
• Service tasks such as preparing meals, dishwashing, laundry, cleaning and shopping
• Document in our medical record systems
