Sign Language Interpreters and Deafblind Interpreters Sought for Assignments in Gothenburg

Job Description

Linguacom is now seeking experienced sign language interpreters and deafblind interpreters for assignments in Gothenburg and the surrounding area.

We have agreements with public actors where the need for qualified interpreters is high. The assignments include among others:

• Educational interpreting
• Workplace interpreting
• Authority contacts
• Healthcare situations
• Cultural and event interpreting

The assignments are carried out both on-site at the client's location and via video interpreting. Team interpreting may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained sign language interpreter and/or deafblind interpreter
• Have experience with interpreting in various societal situations
• Have good collaboration skills and experience with team interpreting
• Work according to good interpreting practices

Meritorious:

• Authorization or equivalent competence
• Experience from the public sector (e.g., university or healthcare)

Workplace

Assignments are carried out at the client's location in Gothenburg and the surrounding area as well as remotely.
