Production Technician

About the position

Job duties

As a production technician with us, you will be a key person in the operation with a focus on developing, improving, and quality-assuring our production processes. Your main task is to ensure efficient and stable production through technical preparation and optimization.

You work closely with production as well as functions such as sales, purchasing, and quality, and contribute to creating efficient and sustainable working methods.

In the role, you will, among other things:

• Work with CAM/CAD preparation in Gibbs, Edgecam, and SolidWorks
• Develop and optimize production processes
• Prepare and improve manufacturing documentation
• Participate in purchasing processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Ensure processes meet set quality requirements
• Participate in investments in machines and equipment

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and who thrives in a role where production technology and improvement work are central. You should be able to read and write in Swedish.

We believe you have:

• Technical education, preferably in production technology or mechanical engineering
• Experience in production technical work, preferably within the workshop industry
• Knowledge in drawing reading and measurement technology
• Experience in improvement work
• Good computer skills

Meritous is:

• Experience with the business system Monitor G5

Who are we?

Lyckes Production Tools AB is a mechanical workshop in Karlskoga since 1942. We work with cutting machining and assembly and have a broad machine park where we handle everything from small details to large components up to 8 meters and 10 tons.

Manufacturing is done in drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and grinding machines.
