Administrative Team Leader / Customer Service Representative to Growing Cleaning Company

Do you want to help create top-class service and contribute to satisfied customers every day? We are now looking for a driven and committed administrative team leader/administrator to our cleaning company.

About the Role

In this key role, you work closely with both customers and employees and are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You are the central hub that ensures high quality, good service, and efficient processes.

Job Duties

  • Customer management and ongoing customer contact
  • Customer service and case management
  • Scheduling and planning of personnel
  • Quotation management and follow-up
  • Handling employee matters
  • Sales and upselling
  • Customer visits and quality follow-up

  • Have good ability to plan and structure your work
  • Are meticulous with follow-up and feedback

Requirements:

  • Class B driver's license

Meritous:

  • Experience from the cleaning industry
  • Good computer skills and preferably experience from similar systems
