Laser/Punch Press Operator for Trådartiklar in Hillerstorp AB

Trådartiklar in Hillerstorp AB is now seeking a Laser/Punch Press Operator for our production.

We currently have 18 employees and are part of the Delex group, a family-owned company with a total of approximately 100 employees. With us, you will become part of an operation where commitment, responsibility, and collaboration are important parts of everyday life.

About the Position

As a laser/punch press operator, you will work in our production with responsibility for operating, setting up, and monitoring laser and punch press machines. The role involves independent work in close collaboration with colleagues in production, where you contribute to an efficient flow, high quality, and a well-functioning manufacturing process.

The manufacturing series vary in size, making the work varied and requiring both flexibility and precision.

The position is for full-time.

Start according to agreement.

Selection is ongoing, meaning the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Work Tasks

In the role as a laser/punch press operator, you will work with, among other things:

• Setting up and monitoring laser and punch press machines
• Material handling and job preparation
• Ensuring production follows planning
• Quality control and measurement of details
• Tool changes and ongoing adjustments in production
• Programming and optimization of jobs
• Planning for unmanned operation
• Ongoing and preventive maintenance
• Forklift driving and handling incoming deliveries as needed
• Collaboration with colleagues and technicians to optimize production and flow

Qualifications

We prefer that you have:

• Experience from industrial production
• Good knowledge in reading drawings
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience as a laser/punch press operator or equivalent competence

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Experience in setting up machines independently
• Forklift license A2 and B1
• Experience in industrial sheet metal processing
• Experience as a mechanic or with basic troubleshooting and maintenance
