Description

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated salesperson who wants to work with a unique and high-quality service offering within service and personal development.

You will work with sales to both businesses (B2B) and private individuals (B2C), with a focus on creating deals, building relationships, and driving the entire sales process from first contact to closure.

Responsibilities

  • Actively work with new customer acquisition
  • Book and conduct meetings (digitally/in person)
  • Identify customer needs and present solutions
  • Drive deals from start to finish
  • Work towards clear goals and commission


Compensation

We are looking for you who:

  • Have experience in sales (required)
  • Have worked in a sales company or similar environment
  • Have education in sales (meritorious, e.g., from IHM Business School or similar)
  • Are results-oriented and accustomed to working towards goals
  • Are self-motivated, disciplined, and business-driven
  • Have good communication skills
