Description
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated salesperson who wants to work with a unique and high-quality service offering within service and personal development.
You will work with sales to both businesses (B2B) and private individuals (B2C), with a focus on creating deals, building relationships, and driving the entire sales process from first contact to closure.
Responsibilities
- Actively work with new customer acquisition
- Book and conduct meetings (digitally/in person)
- Identify customer needs and present solutions
- Drive deals from start to finish
- Work towards clear goals and commission
Compensation
- 100% commission-based compensation with very good earning opportunities

We are looking for you who:
- Have experience in sales (required)
- Have worked in a sales company or similar environment
- Have education in sales (meritorious, e.g., from IHM Business School or similar)
- Are results-oriented and accustomed to working towards goals
- Are self-motivated, disciplined, and business-driven
- Have good communication skills
