We are looking for a driven, clear, and development-oriented Operations Manager to lead our operational activities and become a key person in Smart Parking's continued growth journey.
This is the role for you if you have experience leading teams in operational activities — perhaps as a supervisor, first-line manager, or similar — and are now ready for greater responsibility and a more strategic position.
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for operations within our surveillance activities and become an important part of the management team. You will lead our team leaders and parking attendants at several locations, working closely with operations and together with the CEO and HR to develop work processes, structure, and quality.
You will be based at our office in Hallunda (Stockholm), with travel to our assignment locations occurring.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
Leadership & Operations
- Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and parking attendants.
- Ensure efficient, high-quality, and well-planned operations and staffing.
- Monitor and develop working methods to increase quality and productivity.
Process & Business Development
- Work closely with management and HR to drive improvement and change initiatives.
- Function as an internal business developer for the operations organization.
- Produce statistics, reports, and materials for development decisions.
Customer & Business
- Be the link between our clients and operational activities.
- Participate in the startup of new assignments and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor agreements, quality, and goals.
Regulations, Work Environment & Routines
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements, laws, and internal policies.
- Participate in systematic work environment efforts together with safety representatives.
- Be responsible for key and equipment management within operations.
We believe you will succeed in this role if you
- Have experience leading teams in operational activities — preferably from parking surveillance, security, logistics, transport, safety, or similar industries.
- Are confident in a leadership role but still curious, developable, and eager to grow.
- Have an interest in structure, quality, and how to build effective work processes.
- Enjoy being present, communicative, and clear in your leadership.
- Can switch between operational efforts and strategic tasks.
- Have a good understanding of work environment, agreements, and personnel issues (or the willingness to learn more).

Additional Information
The position is full-time with core business hours between 09-15, beyond which flextime applies.
The employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months. The work is based at our office in Hallunda but also involves travel to other locations where we have surveillance assignments.
