Head Waiter / Shift Leader

We are looking for head waiters or as we at Boulebar call them, shift leaders. In this role, you lead the team at the restaurant and are responsible for the operations during your shift. You ensure that all employees know what is expected of them and that each individual is given the opportunity and space to grow. We believe that you think like us, that service is always in focus and that you truly love people.

-You have a good ability to lead a team during service

-You are accustomed to welcoming guests and ensuring that their entire stay is truly great

-You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to maintain an overall view of the entire restaurant

-You have at least 2 years of experience in the role of head waiter or a similar leadership position
