Restaurant Assistant

In May, the doors will open to Trollhättan's newest Steakhouse in Etage. We will be handling lunches, meat, burgers, chicken, and more, and are therefore seeking staff who want to be part of our team.

We are looking for you who already have experience working in a kitchen or grill. We will be hiring for several different positions, so if you have kitchen experience and want to work with us, write to us and tell us about yourself right now, even if you are something other than a restaurant assistant. We are seeking both full-time and part-time employees.

You who can step in at short notice when needed and are generally a cheerful and helpful colleague.

What will you do

• Prepare everything our lovely customers want
• Light cooking
• Prepare according to our recipes
• Customer service - answering questions and guiding the customer to a great experience with us
• Cash handling
• Keeping clean and tidy
• Dishwashing
• Our work method involves rotating between different stations, including kitchen, cash register, dishwashing, etc.

Prior knowledge from working in a kitchen is a requirement. Training in how we specifically work here is provided on-site. We are looking for you who are engaged, positive, stress-tolerant, and appreciate close collaboration with both colleagues and customers. You should be good at teamwork and enjoy switching between different tasks to provide the best possible service to the customer and help your colleagues. It is meritorious if you have previous experience working at a fast pace, for example in retail or restaurant. Service-minded, punctual, and supportive of your colleagues are qualities that are already in your DNA.

We strive to be a workplace where staff have fun and enjoy their work, even though it can sometimes be very stressful. For the industry, the working hours are favorable as we close at 7:00 PM on weekdays and 5:00 PM on weekends. The position will involve a lot of weekend work.
