Hotel Receptionist (Night)

We are now seeking experienced night receptionists for various assignments with our hotel clients in Stockholm.

As a night receptionist, you are the face of the hotel during the night and are responsible for creating a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for guests.

NOTE YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED AT A HOTEL. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT GET THE JOB.

Job Duties

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling bookings and guest support
• Night runs and administrative tasks
• Ensuring a calm and safe environment at the hotel
• Basic cleaning and preparation tasks for the morning

We are looking for you who:

• Have previous experience working in a hotel reception (required)
• Have worked nights or are comfortable with night work
• Speak Swedish and English fluently
• Are responsible, self-reliant, and solution-oriented
• Have good service skills and a professional approach

Advantageous:

• Experience with some form of booking system
• Experience from international hotel environments
