Hello,

We at Samtala Sverige AB are seeking an engaged and service-oriented person who wants to become an important part of our team.

We work as an external customer service function for companies, meaning we handle incoming calls for our clients and serve as their voice externally. In this role, you will answer calls from their customers and provide professional service.

In addition, you will also work with booking meetings for our internal salespeople, making the role varied and giving you an important function in our continued growth.

You will be a key person in the contact between companies and their customers, where your ability to build trust and make a good first impression is crucial.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls as part of our customers' customer service
  • Provide professional and pleasant service in every call
  • Assist with questions, issues, and guidance
  • Book meetings for our internal salespeople
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

We are looking for you who:

  • Are communicative and confident in telephone contact
  • Have a strong service mindset and are solution-oriented
  • Are structured and meticulous
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
