About Us
We are a small but ambitious team at the beginning of an exciting journey. The clinic is newly started but already in strong development. We currently have a few massage therapists and one person working in support – now we are looking for another colleague who wants to grow with us.
About the Role
As a massage therapist with us, you work to provide professional treatments in Swedish classical massage, tailored to each customer's needs – e.g., relaxation, pain relief, or recovery.
You will also:
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for our customers
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and repeat visits through simple upselling (e.g., recurring appointments or trial offers)
- Be part of a team where flexibility and collaboration are important – routines change as the business grows
We are looking for you who:
- Have training in Swedish classical massage (required)
- Have a good sense of customer service and treatment
- Speak and write fluent Swedish – you need to be able to communicate confidently with our customers
- Preferably have experience in sales, although it is not a requirement
- Enjoy a role where both structure and change occur
