Ås Härads Fastigheter is expanding and we are now seeking a self-sufficient painter for our team.

You will work with service and maintenance tasks in our properties in Borås and the surrounding area.

Work in the role

• Painting work in apartments and common areas

• Maintenance painting during renovations and relocations

• Minor repairs related to surface layers

• Service jobs at tenants' homes

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in painting (a professional certificate is advantageous)

• Are thorough and work independently

• Have an eye for quality and finish

• Are service-oriented and can interact with tenants in a good manner

• Have a B driver's license
