About the assignment

We are seeking dedicated contact persons with experience working with children and youth with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD), such as ADHD and autism. As a contact person, you will become an important part of the child's daily life, supporting them in managing social situations, creating structure, and promoting independence.

Job duties

• Be a stable and secure adult in the child's or youth's life.
• Support the child in daily life with structure, routines, and social training.
• Participate in leisure activities and help the child develop their interests.
• Maintain a low-arousal approach and work with adapted strategies for NPD.
• Collaborate with foster homes, schools, social services, and other stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience working with children and youth with NPD diagnoses, especially autism and ADHD.
• You have knowledge of low-arousal approaches and adapted pedagogical methods.
• You are a stable and secure adult with good ability to build relationships.
• You are patient, flexible, and have an understanding of individual needs.
• A driver's license (class B) is advantageous but not required.
