About the Position

As a service advisor, you are the link between the workshop and the customer. You receive customers, plan service and repair work, and ensure that our customers have a professional and smooth experience from drop-off to pick-up of vehicles.

Job Duties

Receive and book customers for service and repairs

Provide advice on service, repairs, and costs

Plan work together with the workshop technicians

Create work orders and follow up on jobs

Handle billing and customer contact before, during, and after service

We are looking for you who

Have experience from the automotive industry or similar service professions

Are organized and have good administrative skills

Have good communication skills and enjoy customer contact

Have basic technical understanding of vehicles

Master Swedish in speech and writing (English is meritorious)

A B driver's license is required
