Store Salesperson

About the Position

Currently, TeknikFix Sweden AB is seeking an engaged full-time salesperson for our store in Stockholm!

The position is initially time-limited with an end date of May 31, 2026, with good opportunities for extension.

As part of our team, you will be the company's outward-facing representative and a key person in delivering high service and creating a secure shopping experience for our customers. The role combines sales, advisory services, and simpler technical handling, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

• Sales of computers, accessories, and services in the store
• Advisory services regarding products, repairs, and IT solutions
• Upselling of warranties, services, and accessories
• Ensuring the store is well-organized and representative
• Handling of goods, inventory, incoming deliveries, and stocktaking
• Contributing to achieving the store's sales goals together with the team

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in sales, preferably within technology or retail
• Have a strong interest in computers, IT, and technology
• Are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact
• Have the ability to explain technical solutions in a simple way
• Are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Can handle working at a high pace
• Are a team player with good collaboration skills
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience with computer repair or troubleshooting
• Interest in gaming, hardware, or IT solutions
• Previous work in a workshop or technical support
