Description

We are looking for a chef who wants to take on more responsibility and help develop Pickwick together with our dedicated team.

About the position

As a chef with us, you will have a central role in the daily work in the kitchen. We are looking for someone who not only has a passion for cooking but also wants to contribute to the development of the business.

The role involves actively participating in planning, ordering goods, and being involved in menu development. You will work closely with other colleagues, but we also see that you have the ability to take initiative and lead the work when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and cooking of food according to our quality requirements
  • Planning and execution of orders
  • Participation in menu planning and development of new dishes
  • Ensuring good hygiene and order in the kitchen
  • Collaboration and communication with colleagues for smooth operations


Qualifications

  • Experience working as a chef
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Engaged, responsible, and proactive
  • Interest in development, quality, and leadership in a kitchen environment
