Elmera Interpreter Services AB is growing and is now seeking more dedicated sign language interpreters who want to help make communication accessible to everyone. With us, you work in a smaller, personal company with eight employees and a broad network of subcontractors across the country. We value close collaboration, flexibility, and high quality in every assignment - whether the assignment takes place on-site or remotely.
The position involves monthly working hours with shifts primarily during the day. Shifts on evenings and weekends may occur. The employment begins with a probationary period of six months. We have an office in Liljeholmen.
As an interpreter with us, you work on varied assignments in all stages of life, including within work life, healthcare and social services, and education. You become an important link between people and contribute to increased participation and equality in society.
Our interpreter users are deaf, hearing-impaired, and people with deafblindness. We offer both sign language interpretation and text interpretation based on the individual's needs.
We are looking for you who:
Have an approved education as a sign language interpreter and deafblind interpreter
Have good collaboration skills, professional ethics, and a professional approach
Are flexible and thrive with varied tasks
Are a natural relationship builder and create trust with interpreter users and colleagues
