Field Sales Representative for a security company – Focus on new customer acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented field sales representative who is passionate about generating new business. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers within segments such as:

• Housing cooperatives
• Property and housing companies
• Construction companies
• Insurance companies
• Other relevant businesses with needs for security solutions such as security doors, fire doors, shell protection/burglary protection, etc.

Your main focus will be new customer acquisition, where you are responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to closed deal. We offer you an important role in a company with great growth potential and short decision-making paths.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in B2B sales, preferably from the security industry
• Is accustomed to working towards set goals and driving your own sales
• Is proactive, trustworthy, and skilled at building relationships
• Has a valid driver's license and good Swedish in speech and writing
