Job Description
In this role at Maskinexperten, you will be the customers' personal contact for all spare parts orders received from our customers, and you will provide excellent customer support/service. You will sell spare parts across multiple brands within lift, forklift, and construction machinery. Maskinexperten is one of the country's broadest spare parts suppliers in this area. You will be the spearhead of Maskinexperten from the first customer contact to completed delivery and invoicing to customers. You will be based in Fjärås with the possibility for remote work as a benefit in the position some days per week.

Examples of Main Job Duties for the Position
- Order spare parts from our suppliers
- Daily customer contact and receiving spare parts orders via email and phone
- Send spare parts to customers via email orders to suppliers and warehouse.
- Handle order processing to completion
Requirements Profile
- Worked with some form of customer service
- Interest in the industry and learning new things
- Proficient in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Good computer skills
Meritorious
- Experience in lift, construction, forklift, or vehicle industry.
- Worked in the accounting program Fortnox.
Salary
- Commission combined with fixed salary
