We are now seeking a licensed veterinarian for our small animal clinic in central Helsingborg. The operation is a new start by an already established clinic, with the goal of building something long-term, sustainable, and professional – where patients, pet owners, and the team thrive.

About the Role

With us, you will have the opportunity to work broadly within small animal care with a focus on:

• Outpatient visits
• Medical investigations
• Preventive care
• Simple soft tissue surgery (depending on interest/experience)

We work with good scheduling and aim to create conditions for high medical quality and genuine customer relationships – not stress and volume.

We are building the clinic around the veterinarian – not the other way around.

This means you get to be involved in influencing working methods, workflows, and development. We prioritize continuity and relationships with pet owners and that decisions are made close to the operation – without large chain structures.

Team & Work Environment

We are starting on a small scale and gradually building up the team.

• Initially: 1.5 veterinarians + animal caretaker + support
• Development: growing team with more veterinarians and competencies
• Clear ambition to create a safe, personal, family-like, non-prestigious, and professional environment

Working Hours & Conditions

• 75–100% position
• Working hours: approximately 08:30–16:30
• 3–5 days/week (flexible arrangement)
• No on-call or standby duty
• Start: August 2026 (or by agreement)
