Occupational Therapist Nötkärnan Gothenburg 80-100%

We are seeking a confident and self-reliant occupational therapist who wants to work together with us at Nötkärnan Bergsjön Rehab.

You will examine, assess, and treat individuals with various disabilities and activity limitations across different ages. You will also trial, prescribe, and follow up on individually adapted assistive devices. Hand rehabilitation and assessments for home adaptations are also common tasks.

Here, there is an exciting mix of work tasks with good opportunities to be involved in shaping the operations, especially regarding group activities.

Nötkärnan Bergsjön Rehab was started in 2017 by Bergsjön Primary Care Center and BVC AB and operates primary care within the framework of Vårdval Rehab. Here, we work in close connection with the primary care center and have a well-functioning collaboration with doctors and other healthcare personnel.

The rehab staff consists of five physiotherapists and one occupational therapist. We work in a patient-focused manner, and the operations are based on continuity, long-term perspective, and accessibility. For us, it is important that one enjoys the workplace and that we learn from each other in an open climate. We also see value in being able to pursue further education to develop the operations.

About You:

You are a licensed occupational therapist, preferably with work experience in primary care, but we also welcome those who are newly graduated. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and seek you who have a positive attitude, take own responsibility and initiative, and can work flexibly and independently. You will collaborate with both patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers, so good social and communicative skills are important.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. Commencement of the position is according to agreement.
