Operations Manager for Surahammars Riding Association

We are looking for an engaged and confident operations manager who wants to lead and develop our riding school. The position is varied and combines leadership, riding instruction, and stable duties. It can be adjusted to full-time or part-time by agreement.

As operations manager, you have the overall responsibility for the riding school's operations, including staff, finances, and boarding. You lead and allocate work, hold riding lessons regularly, and play a central role in the riding school's ongoing development and change efforts. We are looking for you who:

• Are a Swedish riding teacher, at least SRL II, and preferably a hippologist or equivalent.
• Are pedagogical, social, and confident in your leadership
• Can work independently and in a structured manner
• Have an understanding of association-driven operations
• Experience with finances and budgeting is meritorious
