Leteboskolan is a Christian independent school. The principal is Letebo Utbildning AB, owned by the congregation Staden på Berget. Leteboskolan is a preschool to grade 9 school with approximately 170 students. We also have some students in Adapted Compulsory School. Within the framework of Letebo Utbildning AB's operations, the preschools Letebo Förskola and Rönnbäret are also run.

Leteboskolan is beautifully located near forest and lake, in the countryside outside Horred. The school is run based on the current Education Act and the Swedish curriculum.

Leteboskolan's Christian profile is primarily noticeable in the value-based work. Students encounter the Christian message in morning assemblies before the school day begins. We also want the staff working here to serve the students "with Jesus in their hands."

We are seeking, for our compulsory school and Adapted Compulsory School:

• Certified teacher in textile craft for grades 3-9

Scope: The position is approximately 50%

The role may also include mentorship for a lower secondary class.

As an educator, you work together in a team close to your colleagues in the school, student health, and resource teachers.

We believe you have the ability to work independently, but also see collaboration with colleagues as essential to develop high quality in students' education. As an educator, you also have a good ability to create and maintain relationships primarily with students and colleagues but also with their guardians.

You are familiar with the curriculum and other governing documents and have the ability to translate theory into practice. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are open to meeting students and adults with different backgrounds and conditions. You are adaptable and have an easy time collaborating. You are skilled at communicating with both students and adults and are used to adapting your communication. You have a good view of students and the ability to build trusting relationships.
