THE ROLE

As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for leading and driving the daily operations of your unit towards set goals in guest experience, staff, operations, and profitability. You lead through clear methods, structure, and presence, ensuring stable operations even under high pressure. You are expected to deliver exceptional and memorable hospitality in all situations.

You own the daily execution in the unit and work within the framework of the common management model (BSC, SOP, and budget).

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operational Responsibility: Lead and distribute daily work, scheduling, and purchasing.
  • Staff Responsibility: Recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and motivation of staff.
  • Financial Responsibility: Budget responsibility, tracking sales, key figures, and results.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain standards for service, food, work environment, and alcohol legislation.
  • Operational Presence: Be visible in the operation during peak times. You are a "doer"
  • Experience in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • Good financial understanding and experience working with key figures.
  • Documented leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of food handling and serving legislation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leading role within a la carte, events, and banquet halls
  • Strong knowledge of service, wine, and cocktails
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and humble
  • Experience with budget work and profitability management
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Employment Conditions

  • Scope: Usually full-time (100%), often with a 6-month probationary period.
