About the company

MA Markservice AB is a company that works with garden and grounds services. We help private individuals, businesses, and housing associations with the maintenance of gardens, green spaces, and ground work. The company is growing, and we are now seeking an administrator to help us organize the work and support in personnel matters.

Job duties

As an administrator with us, you will, among other things:

  • Plan and schedule work schedules for staff
  • Have contact with staff and work leaders
  • Assist with HR-related tasks
  • Administer simple documents and personnel information
  • Assist with bookings and planning of assignments
  • Support management in administrative tasks

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

  • Are organized and structured
  • Have good computer skills (e.g., Excel, email, planning systems)
  • Can speak and write Swedish
  • Have experience in administration or HR (advantageous but not required)
  • Are service-oriented and can collaborate with different people
