We are growing and now want to welcome a new colleague, a property technician to our property portfolio in Karlskrona.

Your role with us

As a property technician, you will become an important part of our team. Together with property managers, caretakers, and other colleagues, you ensure that our properties function as they should. At the same time, you have great freedom to plan your days and your work independently.

The work includes, among other things:

• Operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of heating, cooling, ventilation, and control systems
• Replacement and servicing of actuators, control valves, sensors, pumps, and other technical components
• Monitoring of energy consumption and identification of improvement and efficiency measures
• Ongoing contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues in operations and management

We are looking for you who

• Has several years of experience in technical property operations
• Has good knowledge of HVAC and ventilation systems and an understanding of how the systems interact
• Is solution-oriented, analytical, and has an interest in energy efficiency
• Is social and enjoys contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues
• Has experience with or interest in control and regulation technology (advantageous)
• Has a Class B driver's license (required)

It is also advantageous if you have experience in electrical or refrigeration systems, as well as language skills beyond Swedish.
