Summer job at a restaurant in the archipelago

An ambitious and delightful restaurant in Roslagen is seeking 1–2 head waiters for the summer of 2026. Those interested can alternate between head waiter duties and service. The role includes work supervision and responsibility for bookings. We owners are often on-site and provide support! The restaurant is a family-run establishment owned and operated by Klara and Tomas Diederichsen (winners of Chef of the Year 2011)

Accommodation is available. Our season runs from Midsummer through August 9. Högmarsö is about 30 minutes from Norrtälje, 1.5 hours from Stockholm. SL buses run almost the entire way.

The restaurant is suitable for someone who is social, humble, and enjoys training and keeping a team together. You will work in a creative, fun team with active and committed owners. Food & wine are the focus in a unique archipelago idyll.

NOTE that we are only looking for employees who have previously worked in restaurants. However, it is not a requirement that you have worked as a head waiter.
