Receptionist Every Other Weekend & Temporary Employment Until Summer

Do you want to work in a lovely hotel environment where service and hospitality are the focus? We are now looking for a receptionist to join our team for the summer.

We are looking for someone who can work every other weekend at the reception and extra as needed on a temporary basis, primarily during the summer but with the possibility of continued work. The job involves varying working hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and check in/out guests
• Ensure a professional and welcoming approach in all guest interactions
• Offer a high level of service and competence, as well as answer guests' questions and requests before, during, and after their stay
• Handle bookings, payments, and other reception tasks

We are looking for you who:

• Are service-oriented, positive, and responsible
• Enjoy meeting people and providing good service
• Can work independently but also in a team
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Are computer proficient (experience with hotel booking systems is advantageous)
• Are flexible and have a strong work ethic
