Enthusiastic Spa Staff Sought for Part-Time Summer Position

Are you service-oriented, flexible, and want to work in a soothing and professional environment? We are now seeking enthusiastic spa staff for our spa at First Hotel Planetstaden for the summer, with opportunities for part-time employment and summer temporary positions, with a chance for extension based on good performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide them with professional and welcoming service
• Assist guests with questions and requests before, during, and after their visit
• Manage bookings via phone, email, and booking systems
• Handle payments and cash management
• Maintain the spa in order and contribute to a pleasant and safe environment, including cleaning
• Contribute to a soothing and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

We are looking for you who:

• Are service-oriented, positive, and responsible
• Enjoy meeting people and providing good service
• Can work independently as well as in a team
• Are flexible and have a good work ethic
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Are computer-literate (experience with booking systems or spa administration is advantageous)
• Can contribute to keeping the spa clean and organized
