We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated head chef who wants to help drive and develop our kitchen at Björn's Kitchen in Vemdalen.

With us, you will have a central role in the operation where you lead the kitchen team, are responsible for daily operations, and help develop both menus and organization.

We are a growing company with multiple operations and good opportunities to develop together with us.

About the position

As head chef, you are responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen and lead the work together with the kitchen team and F&B. You work operationally in the kitchen to be the reliable point and ensure quality for what goes out.

The position is full-time 100% with start according to agreement.

Job duties

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen
• 
  
• Lead and develop the kitchen team
• 
  
• Assist with staff planning and scheduling
• 
  
• Ensure quality, structure, and routines in the kitchen
• 
  
• Assist with purchasing, raw material costs, and financial follow-up
• 
  
• Be involved in menu development and concepts

We are looking for you who

• Have experience as a head chef or sous chef with leadership responsibility and want to take the step up to head chef
• 
  
• Have good leadership qualities and can motivate your team
• 
  
• Have good financial understanding of raw material costs and staff
• 
  
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and confident in your role
• 
  
• Enjoy an environment where the pace varies between seasons
