Summer Substitutes for SoL Group Home

Do you want to make a difference in people's everyday lives this summer? We are now looking for committed and responsible summer substitutes for our group home according to SoL.

About the operation

In our group home, adults with various forms of support needs live. Our goal is to create a safe, meaningful, and independent everyday life for each individual. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and is based on a respectful and individually adapted approach.

Work tasks

As a summer substitute, you support the residents in their daily lives. The work tasks may include:

• Providing support in daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
• Participating in and planning leisure activities together with the residents
• Working based on implementation plans and individual needs
• Documenting according to current routines
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a safe and positive environment

We are looking for you who:

• Have a genuine interest in working with people
• Are responsible, flexible, and have a good approach
• Can work independently but also in a team
• Are at least 18 years old
• Experience in work within care, support, or functional support is meritorious

Other

The working hours are varied and include day, evening, weekend, and sleeping on-call shifts.
