We are a corporate health service on a strong rise, conducting systematic and preventive health work in close collaboration with our customers, who are mostly located in Halland. We have our clinic in Halmstad but can also serve customers via our new specially adapted health vehicle.

We are now looking for an experienced corporate nurse on a full-time basis (at least 92.5%) who wants to contribute to developing sustainable working life at our customer companies.

You will work closely with our customers and independently coordinate and implement interventions towards both companies, groups, and individuals. You work from a holistic perspective regarding work environment and health at the companies you are responsible for. To assist you, you have a team of competent colleagues who step in and support in various assignments and projects.

Your primary mission is to support our customers and their employees with medical and psychosocial aspects of how working life affects health, well-being, and motivation. This means you will get to work with health-promoting initiatives, work environment assessments, health checks including lifestyle medicine, statutory checks, training, and rehabilitation coordination.

Experience/education:

You are a licensed nurse at the core, and we prefer that you have further education as a corporate nurse or district nurse. Experience from corporate healthcare is meritorious.

Your personal qualities:

You are an independent and driven person, who when needed can switch to being a humble team player. You like to take initiative, are cooperative, and good at organizing. We also place great value on your analytical and social skills, as you will become an important link between our customers' contacts and employees. We attach great importance to your personality.

Employment conditions:

Temporary employment for up to 6 months, which then transitions to permanent employment.

Computer skills:

You are accustomed to working with the Office package.
