At Hälsolänken, we have been working with work environment, wellness, and rehabilitation for over 40 years. We operate in Sunne, Torsby, Årjäng, Eda, Arvika, Hagfors, and Munkfors. Currently, we have around 500 client companies with approximately 14,500 client employees, and the business is steadily growing.

We are an experienced work group consisting of occupational health physicians, occupational health nurses/registered nurses, ergonomists, work environment engineers, social workers, behavioral scientists, wellness consultants, health therapists, and administrative staff.

About the Job

The work as an occupational health physician is carried out both independently and in a TEAM. You work in a promoting, preventive, and remedial manner based on identified needs in close collaboration with our clients and other professional categories. The assignments include, among others, assessment of ill health of both physical and psychosocial nature with subsequent planning and measures based on needs, counseling, conducting statutory checks/medical examinations, workplace visits, and work capacity assessments. The work is done in close collaboration with the employer, often in multi-party discussions.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a specialist-trained occupational health physician, specialist in general medicine, or a licensed physician with competence and authority to write fitness-for-duty certificates. You are passionate about meeting people, driven, creative, and attentive with a holistic view and have an ability to see the connection between work, health, and life situation.

We place great importance on your personal qualities, where empathetic treatment is a significant factor as well as being able to express yourself well in speech and writing. The work is demanding and can sometimes be experienced as stressful.

The work involves some travel, which is why a driver's license is a requirement.
