ABOUT THE ROLE

Welcome to our teams in Västerås and Sundbyberg! As a project manager, you will work in various projects for customers in the rail vehicle industry. You will lead both small and large projects within train maintenance and refurbishment, and follow the project from start to finish with support from appropriate project methodology. You also ensure quality and bear the financial responsibility in the projects.

The focus areas may vary, but mainly include:

• Vehicle maintenance projects
• Requirements management and validation
• Procurement
• RAM and Safety
• Quality review
• Rebuilding
• Investigations

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with experience in project management within the industrial sector. You have a desire to constantly develop and possess the ability to lead and motivate others. It is a great advantage if you have understanding and experience from the rail vehicle industry.

We believe you are an engaged person and your social skills mean you collaborate well with different people in different contexts. You have strong leadership qualities and a clear and driven presence with the ability to drive projects forward and deliver within set timeframes. To succeed in the role, you should have a relevant university or college education.
