We are looking for a Dental Hygienist for an exciting and varied position

We are a small, personal clinic in the heart of Malmö city center, working partly with dental care and partly with aesthetic injection treatments such as botox and filler, as well as skincare, laser, and chemical peels. We have a clear aesthetic focus, but also perform traditional dental care and implant treatments, including surgery and Invisalign/esthetic braces.

We are looking for a sales-oriented dental hygienist with a heart in the right place who wants to develop and learn new treatments, approaches, and who thinks outside the box.

With us, you will have a flexible and varied workday, with many lovely patients. You will perform traditional tasks such as check-up examinations and periodontal treatments, but also work with other parts of the business like Invisalign and teeth whitening. Occasionally, you will assist dentists, as we work closely together. We often try to perform both periodontal treatment and any fillings already at the examination appointment, as far as possible. This means less stress and strain for both staff and patients. Some emphasis will be placed on Invisalign treatment, scanning, and implant treatments, something you will learn more about during the introduction period and through regular courses.

In the future, there is great development potential and the opportunity to shape the role based on interest, which could include treatments such as skincare and laser, and for the right candidate to work with marketing, social media, and further development of the business, if desired. It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience or interest in skincare, for example as a skin therapist.

Currently, we are a team consisting of a dentist (owner) and a dental nurse/authorized skin therapist who together run the daily operations, and in addition, a doctor, a skin therapist, and a nurse who work part-time. Your role will therefore complement the other roles, and we very much look forward to being able to offer your expertise!

We see you as independent and proactive, even though we work very closely together and always help each other, regardless of the task. The patient is at the center for us, and it is important to be able to offer good and safe care, where each patient should get that little extra. We trust that you are confident in your professional role, but regardless of whether you have worked for a while or are relatively new, you will always have support from the rest of the team. We see engagement and development as important cornerstones in the business and for creating a meaningful and enjoyable daily life.

We are flexible with the start date and the design of the position - we primarily want staff and patients to be happy at the clinic.
