Bäckagården's HVB is seeking qualified staff

Bäckagården's HVB home was founded in 2006 and is located in Domsjö, just outside Örnsköldsvik. The HVB home has twelve places and is aimed at young people aged 13–21 with neuropsychiatric disabilities who need support and treatment to manage their schooling and daily life.

We are looking for you who have appropriate education, i.e., at least two years of post-secondary education in care and welfare, social work, or pedagogy. We prefer that you are a social worker, but other educations are also of interest. Experience and education in neuropsychiatry are advantageous. From July 2025, IVO has a competence requirement equivalent to 2 years of post-secondary education. If you apply for the position without equivalent education, the application will not be answered.
