Technician / Customer Service Representative Wanted

At UVEDES, we have been for over 35 years one of the country's leading suppliers of UV units for water disinfection. We are a company with a strong focus on providing friendly service, technical support, and maintenance to our customers. Our customers primarily consist of municipalities, industries, water and sewage associations, and construction contractors. We are located in modern, fresh premises in Täby.

We now want to strengthen the team with a technical, social, and driven person.

About the Position

Part of the working hours will be allocated to business trips. You will service UV units at waterworks and industries. You will also work with technical support over the phone and email, and assist with other office tasks. We are simultaneously looking for a technical salesperson, but ideally, we find ONE person at present who can consider combining technical and sales roles. You should enjoy talking on the phone and meeting people, as well as being comfortable with going on business trips.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for the right personal qualities. UV disinfection is a narrow field of operation, so almost all our training is conducted internally.

• Sales experience is meritorious.
• Technical background/interest is an advantage.
• Driver's license B is a requirement.
• Languages: Swedish, English
• Good computer skills
