Employee for E-commerce and Order Management at Österlen Chocolate

We are now looking for a full-time employee (100%) who wants to work with e-commerce, order management, and customer contact at Svenska Kakao in Skåne-Tranås.

NOTE: We aim to fill the position as soon as possible, with ongoing interviews and recruitment.

The role is operational, and you will primarily be responsible for handling incoming orders through our web shop and orders from companies and retailers. You ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly, and that our customers receive fast and professional service.

Tasks include, among others:

• handling incoming orders from private customers and companies

• packing and shipping chocolate orders

• customer service via email

• order administration and follow-up

• contact with retailers and corporate customers

We are a small team where everyone helps each other. Therefore, during certain periods, it may also be relevant to assist in other parts of the business, such as with chocolate packing or in our factory shop and café. Especially during the summer season when our physical shop requires more work than e-commerce.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are:

• meticulous and structured

• service-oriented and communicative

• accustomed to taking responsibility and working independently

• comfortable working with digital systems

Requirements

• good knowledge of Swedish and English

Desirable

• experience with e-commerce or order management

• experience with customer service

• retail or café experience

• languages such as German or Danish

About Us

Svenska Kakao is an artisanal chocolate manufacturer in Österlen. In our factory in Skåne-Tranås, we produce chocolate bars, pralines, caramels, and other confectionery from cocoa bean to finished product.

Our products are sold in our factory shop Österlenchoklad, via our web shop, and to restaurants, shops, and hotels in Sweden and internationally. We also export to countries such as Japan, the USA, France, Germany, China, and Hong Kong.

We are a small team with great commitment where quality and craftsmanship are central.

We have a collective agreement via HRF / Visita and follow recommended salary setting.
