The natural choice for us was to start from the sushi we grew up with and to share beloved combinations with top-fresh quality ingredients. The concept is simple: we prepare sushi in a modern and authentic style, with a strong focus on the guest's well-being and experience.

The food we serve is created with traditional flavors and focuses on the cooking of the new era.

We are looking for you who are used to working in a team and have a good sense of service. Important qualities for the position are that you thrive in an environment with a wide variety of tasks, are flexible and solution-oriented. You should be able to handle various interactions with people, be attentive to customer needs, and possess good collaboration skills.

You should also have the ability to work at a fast pace.

Common tasks in a restaurant kitchen such as chopping vegetables, preparing soups, and being able to collaborate at a fast pace. It is advantageous if you are interested in sushi.
