Chef Summer Season

Chef wanted for our summer restaurant on Kållandsö.

We are located in a marina, so there are many guests for both lunch and dinner. Therefore, it is required to perform well with good quality under high tempo. The season is quite short but intense.

The menu consists of burgers, Caesar salad, beef tartare, shrimp sandwich, and the evening's meat/fish, etc. On the island, we have access to local pike-perch and beef, which we like to utilize.

In the kitchen, we are always 2-3 people working. Full-time is available from June to August.

There is an option for simple staff accommodation at no cost.
