Vocational Teacher / YKB Instructor

YKB School is seeking engaged YKB instructors and vocational teachers who want to participate in educating future professional drivers in the transport industry.

We are looking for you who have experience from the transport industry and an interest in education. With us, you get the opportunity to share your knowledge and contribute to raising competence within one of Sweden's most important industries.

About the position

As a YKB instructor, you are responsible for conducting continuing education for professional drivers in goods or passenger transport (YKB 35 hours) according to established course plans and guidelines.

The teaching is characterized by high quality, safety, and professional treatment of course participants.

The assignment is an hourly employment / assignment-based position with the possibility of more assignments depending on demand.

Our courses are held during the day, primarily on weekends, and are conducted at several course locations around the country.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Approved YKB teaching authorization according to the Swedish Transport Agency's requirements
• Pedagogical ability and preferably teaching experience
• Ability to work in a structured and professional manner
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience from the transport industry, for example as a driver, educator, or supervisor, is meritorious.
