Job Description

In the role of traffic controller at our terminal in Luleå, you will be part of a team of about 50 people consisting of terminal workers, drivers, and administrative staff.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and directing assignments to drivers
• Managing bookings in our traffic management system
• Coordinating pickups and deliveries based on capacity and suitable transport
• Communicating with drivers, customer service centers, customers, and other terminals via email and phone
• Answering questions regarding goods, deliveries, and any deviations

Qualifications

It is meritorious if you have experience in traffic control!

You also have:

• Good computer skills
• Experience working with various systems
• Familiarity with communicating via email and phone
